Manipur police seize eight bags of yeast for DIC liquor

IMPHAL:

A police team under Khongjom PS, on Monday, confiscated eight bags of yeast (hamei) used to manufacture DIC liquor.

They seized the bags from a 65-year-old man identified as Oinam Ibomcha Singh.

Police later handed over the accused, along with seized items to the Excise Department in Khongjom.
