BJP government running Syndicate Raj in Assam: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Sunday accused the Sarbananda Sonowal led-BJP government in Assam for running a Syndicate Raj in the state.

Addressing a press conference in Dibrugarh, Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel criticised the Bharatiya Janata Party for failing to deliver what they promised in Assam.

“Syndicate Raj has been mushrooming in the state under the nose of the BJP. Cattle smuggling has been rampant with various syndicates in the state,” said Baghel.

The Chhattisgarh Chief Minister who is also a senior observer for the Congress is campaigning for the Congress candidates in Upper Assam.

He said that the Congress-led grand alliance will get hundred plus seats in Assam.

Bhupesh Baghel said, “We are sure that we will form the government in Assam with the grand alliance.”

Baghel also accused the Sarbananda Sonowal led-BJP government for failing to fence the Indo-Bangladesh border.
