On the occasion of the 13th 'Nandigram Dibas' on Tuesday, West Bengal Chief Minister, Mamata Banerjee remembered all those who have lost their lives in political violence across the world.

The chief minister described the killing at Nandigram in Purba Medinipur district as a "barbaric massacre in the name of a new dawn".

"Today is Nandigram Dibas - the 13th anniversary of the barbaric massacre in the name of a new dawn. My homage to all those who have lost their lives due to political violence across the world. Peace must always win," she tweeted. (PTI)
