TRIBUTE | Summersalt to celebrate late brother’s birthday by performing Live on Facebook

SHILLONG | JUNE 28, 2020:

A renowned band from Shillong – Summersault will be celebrating the life of their late brother and band member, Baiaineh C. Shangpliang (bassist), whom they lovingly called "Nah".

In memory of 'Nah', the band has decided to celebrate his 36th birthday (posthumously) by performing live on Facebook, with a mission to donate funds to an orphan society."We will be live on our page (Summersalt) to celebrate the life of our brother, Baiaineh or Nah as we love to call him", said the band members.

The Rock On-2 'Hoi Kiw (Chalo Chalo)' song hitmakers appealed to the public to come together and render support, as they go live for a cause tomorrow on June 29th at 7:00 pm. They will also be joined by Gracyl Ropmay and Venetia Warshong for the session.

"You can send in your donations to celebrate Nah's Care for Children. All proceeds will go to Rev. S. Wollington Children's Home," said a band member.
