KOHIMA | SEPT 04, 2020:

A consultative meeting between the NSCN-IM leaders and the Nagaland Goan Bura Federation was held at Niathu Resort, Dimapur on September, 4.

The meeting discussed issues on the ongoing Indo-Naga Peace process stressing on the need for the Naga political groups to reconcile, unite and work together for the greater political interest of the Naga,  leaving aside their internal conflicts.

The NSCN-IM leaders and the NGBF appreciating each other's effort and contribution towards finding a political settlement for the Naga people resolved to strengthen the ongoing Indo-Naga peace talk and seek for an honourable, acceptable, early and lasting solution.

The NSCN IM was led by Chairman Q. Tuccu, and Vice-Chairman Tongmeth Wangnao and the Nagaland Goan Bura Federation were led by President Shalem Konyak and Gen Secy Shikutu Zalipu.
