KOHIMA | AUGUST 15, 2020:

On the 74th Independence Day, Nagaland conferred special awards to people who have contributed in the field of music, arts, and literature, 2020.

Shri Buddhi Bahadur Thapa (Arts), Shri Bendangnungsang Ao(Arts), Squadron Band(Music) were awarded Governor's Award for their contribution in the field of Arts and music.

Chief Minister Neiphu Rio tweeted, "Congratulations to all the awardees of the "Governor's Award 2020 in the field of Arts, Music, and Literature." I wish you all more success in the days to come."
