The letter raised concerns pertaining to the occupation of pavements at Tura market on both sides of the road by the illegal hawkers creating inconveniences to not only pedestrians but also incurring heavy revenue losses to the government as none of them had any license to run their business.
The OC of Tura Police Station was also marked in the letter.
