Meghalaya: Containment orders lifted in Jhalupara

SHILLONG | AUG 03, 2020:
The District Magistrate of East Khasi Hills has lifted containment orders in Jhalupara, Shillong starting from Monday, Aug 3, with immediate effect.

The containment orders were lifted based on contact tracing status and test reports of high-risk contacts.
Earlier, the containment orders for few areas including Demsieniong, Assam Rifles Signal Unit, Nongsohphoh, Upper Mawprem, Lower Lachumiere, and Hopkinson Road from Stephen Hall to Gold Gym were lifted on Saturday.
