Assam: Suspected DNLA cadre arrested In Karbi Anglong

DIPHU:

Diphu police arrested a suspected cadre belonging to the Dimasa National Liberation Army (DNLA) on Wednesday.

Acting on a tip-off, Diphu police led by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Nahid Karishma, arrested a man suspected of being part of the DNLA.

Police identified the suspect as Pinak Sutradhar (42), aka Biju Sutradhar of Diphu, Railway Colony.

According to sources, a Chinese grenade was seized from his possession.

Further investigation is going on.
