3 siblings washed away by strong current in Sikkim

GANGTOK | AUG 30, 2020:
Three siblings were washed away by the strong current of the Bakcha Khola river at Dikchu, in Sikkim on August 29.
The siblings include Purna Rai (29), Chandra Rai (28), and Erika Rai (22).
Search operations comprising local police were conducted since yesterday which continued till today but till the filing of this report, the bodies are yet to be found.
Bags and clothes were recovered from the spot and authorities suspect that the trio was in the river bank for a bath.
