North Eastern Space Applications Centre (NESAC), Umiam, Department of Space (DOS) invites candidates for the post of Assistant and Junior Personal Assistant.

Educational Qualification: Graduation in Arts/ Commerce/ Management/ Science/ Computer Applications with First Class with knowledge in the use of Computers.
Post Name: Junior Personal Assistant
No of posts: 1 (UR-1)
Educational Qualification: Graduation in Arts/ Commerce/ Management/ Science/ Computer Applications with First Class and speed of 80 w.p.m in English Stenography with a minimum knowledge in the use of Computers
OR
Diploma in Commercial/ Secretarial Practice with First Class with one year experience as Steno-Typist/ Stenographer and 80 w.p.m. speed of 80 w.p.m in English Stenography with a minimum knowledge in the use of Computers.
Age limit: 18 – 26 years as of 05.10.2020. The upper age is relaxable up to to 31 years for SC/ST and 29 years for OBC candidates.
Salary: Level 4 of the Pay Matrix (Rs. 25500 – 81100). The gross emoluments in the minimum of pay Level will at present be approximately Rs. 29835/- p.m. plus other allowances.
Those who possess the required qualification as of 05.10.2020 only need to apply.
The posts are temporary but likely to continue.
The appointees shall be posted at NESAC, Umiam but are liable to be posted in any of the Centres/ Units of the Department of Space situated anywhere in India as and when required.

The application for on-line registration will be hosted in the NESAC website www.nesac.gov.in during the period from 02.09.2020 to 19.10.2020 15:00 Hrs (extended).Applications will be received on-line only.
Application Fee:
Rs. 500/-. All women candidates/ SC/ ST, Ex-servicemen (ESM), and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWBD) candidates are exempted from payment of the Application Fee.
