Job Descriptions: The role holder is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Treasury strategy, Fund management, regulatory investments, transfer pricing, management of interest rate etc. to ensure utilization of the Bank's funds most optimally to maximize profits within the risk parameters
Qualification: Graduation in Finance or equivalent
(PGDM/ MBA from a Tier 2 or 3 college/ CA preferred)
Experience: At least 10 years of treasury experience with a thorough understanding of markets, hedging, investments, bank account management and internal funds flow

2. Post Name:- Chief Compliance Officer
Job Descriptions: To plan, lead and manage all activities of the compliance function; lead the design and implementation of an integrated compliance program for carrying out the business of the Bank under the regulatory framework and principles of good corporate governance; To liaison with RBI for all compliance-related work.
Qualification: MBA/CAIIB
Experience: At least 10 years experience in managing compliance function with a strong knowledge of corporate laws- banking, compliance & Regulatory, AML, civil, criminal, IPR, consumer, land acquisition, taxation, regulatory, etc, and having a strong business acumen

3. Post Name:- Head – Internal Audit
Job Descriptions: The role holder would be responsible for assisting the Board of Directors in fulfilling its fiduciary responsibilities by providing an independent appraisal of the Banks compliance with laws, regulations, policies, procedures and set standards; Direct a comprehensive internal audit within the Bank and provide timely information to the Board on the adequacy and effectiveness of the Banks internal control systems and quality of the facilities granted
Qualification: CA/CWA
Experience: 10 years of Bank Audit Experience

Job Descriptions: The role holder is responsible to oversee the finance, accounts and taxation functions within the bank and ensure compliance and control within these functions
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in core finance areas such as financial compliance, financial process controls, business planning and analysis, budgeting, financial reporting and accounting, wealth management and taxation. Should have team managing experience for 2-3 years.
