Meghalaya: MPYC members burn effigy of PM Modi in protest against Citizenship Bill

The Meghalaya Pradesh Youth Congress (MPYC) members today burnt an effigy of the prime minister, Narendra Modi in protest against the BJP led central government's attempt to re-table the contentious Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB) in the Parliament later this year. The rally was held at Purakhasia in West Garo Hills.
