Meghalaya: Cloudburst triggers landslide, water-clogging in Shillong

SHILLONG | Aug 22, 2019:

A cloudburst on Thursday afternoon triggered landslide in Rilbong area and water clogging in several areas of Shillong including Mawlonghat, Wahingdoh and Lachumiere.

Police informed that in Rilbong, a boundary wall of one house collapsed and blocked the road towards to The Shillong Times office. One vehicle was damaged in the incident.
