Miss Sikkim 2018 updates | 15 contestants clear auditions, 16th to be selected via public votes

A total of 15 contestants have been shortlisted for Miss Sikkim 2018. The 16th contestant would be selected through public voting over social media (through Positude & Miss Sikkim fb pages and Instagram account). Maximum number of likes will decide the winner for the 16th spot at Miss Sikkim 2018.

Voting starts from 28 June, 2018 and will close on 11 July, 2018, 11.59 pm. The result will be declared on 13 July, 2018.

The 15 shortlisted names are Sarita Biswakarma (Kupup), Pallavi Basnet (Rangpo), Radha Khatri (Rumtek), Priyanka Kashyap (Gangtok), Bharati Sharma (Gangtok), Rajeshwari Chakraborty (Gangtok), Anisha Chettri (Mangan), Sang Doma Tamang (Gangtok), Khusboo Tamang (Gangtok), Diki Lhamu Yolmo (Rongneck), Eksha Hangma Subba (Sombaria), Tshering Palmu Bhutia (Chochenpheri), Phurphuti Sherpa (Rolep), Rabina Pradhan (Singtam), Dikcha Pandey (Singtam).

The 16th position will be battled out between Passang Lhamu Bhutia (Phodong), Subnam Devi Gupta (Khamdong) and Roshni Chettri (Geyzing) through public voting.

It may be noted that the two-day auditions for Miss Sikkim 2018 were held earlier this month in Gangtok and the final audition was held at Jorethang on Sunday. From a total of 40 applicants, 15 have been selected and the 16th will be selected by the public.
