Shillong Autumn Festival 2019 postponed due to Cyclone warning

SHILLONG | Oct 25, 2019:
The OPUS Production, the organisers of the Shillong Autumn Festival 2019 has informed that the festival which was scheduled to be held on October 26 and 27 has been postponed to the Cyclone warning.
"Due to cyclone warning issued by the Indian Meteorological Department and in interest of public safety, the Shillong Autumn Festival will be postponed to November 2 and 3," said the organisers in a release issued here on Friday.
They further informed that the tickets and passes that have already been sold and issued for October 27 & 27 will remain valid for the new dates — Nov 2 and 3 respectively.
