Winter is coming ! And with it comes numerous festivals designed to lighten the mood and expose the hidden talents of the youths besides showcasing the beauty that Meghalaya has to offer.
Come Oct 18 and 19, the state will witness the second edition of "The Hills Festival" at Umbir, Ri-Bhoi in Meghalaya. A 45 minute drive from Shillong, the location is on a hill overlooking the famous Umiam Lake of Shillong.
