Nagaland State's capital, Kohima, has gained an infamous distinction of being the second most 'unlivable' city in India. The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Government of India, on its Ease of Living Index ranked Kohima 110 out of 111 cities on August 13.
