Tripura: Rally organised in Agartala to support farmer’s movement

AGARTALA:

Supporters and workers have showed solidarity towards the farmers who are agitating since the last one week.

CPIM’s youth wing Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI), All India Kisan Sabha (AIKS) and Tripura Khet Majdur Union (TKMU) held a massive rally in Agartala to support the Farmers’ protest at the national capital and its lined areas.

“Farmers are protesting against the three farm-bill. They had a discussion with the Union government, but it was fruitless. The organisations have demanded to roll back the three farm-bills,” AIKS leader Pabitra Kar said.

He also said that they are supporting the farmer’s demand and have expressed solidarity towards the farmers who are protesting.
