Tripura gears preparation to carry out COVID-19 vaccination drive

AGARTALA:
According to Minister Ratan Lal Nath, Tripura has geared up all preparations for initiating the COVID-19 vaccine.
The Minister has said that the Health ministry has sanctioned 1.92 lakh syringes and seven ice line refrigerators for Tripura.
The State has already formed state level, district level and block level committees to monitor and conducted the vaccination drive, the minister added.
The law minister also claimed that the number of COVID-19 deaths had decreased while the recovery rate registered a sharp increase.
