Husband kills self after killing his wife in Tripura

AGARTALA:

A man committed suicide by hanging himself on a rubber tree near his house after stabbing his wife to death at West Lambuchhara ADC Village in Tripura on December 1.

The husband has been identified as Sanjit Das.

The incident took place after the husband and wife had a verbal duel, Sanjit’s younger brother said.

According to the locals, Sanjit Das was suffering from mental illness and often quarrelled with his wife.

Further investigation into the matter is on.
