Teams from Northeast to compete in World Robot Olympiad

GUWAHATI: National Council of Science Museums and India STEM Foundation will host the World Robot Olympiad (WRO) which will be held in India for the first time. The competition which is focused on developing creativity and problem solving skills in the fields of science, technology and education. There are a series of challenges which revolve around robotics.

The competition is held firstly at a regional level, then at a national level and international level. The Regional Science Centre, Guwahati will sponsor five teams as well as pay for the registration fees and provide robotic kits to take part at the WRO.
