This year top MNCs such as Microsoft, Dell, Shell, Boston Scientific, Medtronics, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini, Keysight, Nomura Fintech, RSM Astute, L T Elevators and others conducted the recruitment drive and in the process hired many students.

According to reports, an American data management software company offered a package of Rs 24 lakhs to Arnab Biswas, a student of Computer Science & Engineering Department.

The average package this year stood at INR 5.4 LPA, and about 60 per cent of the students were placed.

The institute informed that many other companies will visit the campus for the placement, which is likely to go till June 2021.
