Second phase of COVID vaccination for healthcare workers underway in Nagaland

KOHIMA:

The second phase of COVID-19 vaccination drive for health care workers in Nagaland began on Sunday.

State Immunization Officer Dr Ritu Thurr said 123 healthcare workers, who have completed 28 days after receipt of the first dose, administered the second dose.

78 healthcare workers administered the vaccine at Naga Hospital Authority Kohima and 45 at Tuensang District Hospital.

Vaccination certificates were also given to the healthcare workers who have completed the full dose.
