Mild quake jolts Nagaland

KOHIMA:

An earthquake measuring 4.4 on the Richter scale hit parts of Nagaland on Sunday morning.

According to the National Centre for Seismology, the epicentre of the earthquake was at Tuensang in Nagaland; it occurred at a depth of 23.2 km with a Latitude of 26.31 North & Longitude of 94.63 East.

No casualty/property damage was reported till the filing of this report.
