Mizoram reports seven returnees from UK, all test negative for new coronavirus strain

Mizoram Health Minister Dr R Lalthangliana on Wednesday informed that the state has not reported any cases of UK strain of SARS-CoV-2 so far.
Mizoram has so far reported seven returnees from the United Kingdom and, all of them tested negative for the new mutant coronavirus, he said.
However, they will be under observation for some more time, he added.
Till date, Mizoram has recorded a total number of 4256 COVID-19 positive cases.
