Mizoram police recover heroin worth Rs 3 crore

AIZAWL:

Troops of Assam Rifles and Mizoram Police recovered heroin worth about Rs 3 crore from Rauntlang Jungle in Champhai district on December 14.

On December 12, Assam Rifles and Mizoram Police apprehended a drug peddler and recovered 124 gms of heroin from Champhai district

Officials said that the 124 grams of heroin is worth about Rs 10 lakh.
