Five houses reduced to ashes in massive fire in Mizoram

AIZAWL:

At least five houses were reduced to ashes in a massive fire at Maubawk locality in Mizoram’s capital city Aizawl on Saturday morning.

No casualty has been reported in the incident so far. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.

Information and Public Relations Minister Pu Lalruatkima took stock of the situation to ascertain the extent of losses incurred in the incident.

According to reports, 14 families were impacted.
