Assam Rifles seize Heroin, Areca Nuts in Mizoram
AIZAWL:
Troops of Assam Rifles seized 203 grams of Heroin and illegal Areca Nuts near Champhai district in Mizoram on January 7.
The 203 grams of Heroin is worth about Rs 81 lakh, while the illegal Areca Nuts are worth about Rs 22 lakh, officials said.
The Assam Rifles have handed the carriers and recovered items over to the concerned departments.
