Meghalaya: Youth dies in hit and run incident

SHILLONG:
A young man lost his life in a road mishap at Laitjem Lad Kseh village, in East Khasi Hills on November 6.
According to police, the youth, identified as Wallambok Warbah of Pyndeng Umiong, Mairang in West Khasi Hills, was travelling on his motorcycle (ML 05 K 8909) when he was hit by an unknown vehicle at 8:40 pm.
He died on the spot.
"Investigation is on to trace the car in this hit-and-run case," a police official said.
