SHILLONG:

Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma, on Wednesday, said 35,000 doses of Covishield vaccines had arrived safely at the State Vaccination Center, Shillong.

“This will set in motion the world’s biggest vaccination effort on January 16,” Sangma said.

The government has identified eleven sites across Meghalaya for the launch event.
