Meghalaya CM lays the foundation for mini stadium in Dalu

Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma laid the base for the construction of a mini-stadium at Dalu Secondary School on Wednesday.

While addressing the gathering, Sangma lauded the efforts of the sports minister for his dedication in enhancing the sports facilities and infrastructure.

He also informed that the state government is committed to the welfare of the youth and is working systematically to leverage the sporting infrastructure.

Talking about the sporting talents and lack of sports facilities, Sangma said, “We have immense talent in our state. However, due to lack of infrastructure and guidance, the youth cannot unleash their full potential.”

“This government is working with a direction to ensure that we give the youth of our state a platform to upscale their skills,” Sangma added.
