NONGSTOIN
The body of a 16-year-old girl was found hanging near a Catholic Church at Lumpyngngad village in West Khasi Hills on January 5.
According to the police, the deceased went missing on January 4 at around 10:30 pm and her body was found this morning by her relatives.
Police also informed that the deceased left home because her parents had scolded her on coming home late on January 3.

All formalities are being conducted by the police at the spot.
