MBOSE issues clarification on notification issued for SSLC Examination

The Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) on January 15 clarified that the notification that the examination of the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) will start from April 06, 2021 is fake.

“We have issued none such notification since the State Government is yet to approve the dates for holding of the examination. The notification which was circulated in the social media is fake,” Joint Director of MBOSE, Mac Donald Marbaniang stated.

Marbaniang said that they will issue the notification of the examination of both the SSLC and Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificates (HSSLC) once the Government approves it.

Earlier a notification made rounds on social media which mentioned that the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) Examination, 2021 will begin on April 6 and will end on April 19.
