Meghalaya: German expertise to nurture Northeast Entrepreneurs
Asian Confluence Centre for Excellence and Leadership (ACCEL) hosting seminar to connect Northeast Entrepreneurs with business experts in Germany through Indo-German Chamber of Commerce
SHILLONG – In its mission to support social and economic growth in Northeast India, Asian Confluence seeks to connect leading and emerging Northeast Indian entrepreneurs with an elite advisory pool of experts from the German Senior Experten Services program organized by the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC). The objective of the seminar is not to simply provide a one-time platform for bringing these two communities together, but to trigger a sustained engagement that will enable entrepreneurs in the Northeast to shape and drive their business by leveraging the collective knowledge and leadership available via the IGCC. Similarly, this initiative will pave the way for international industry experts to develop greater awareness about the challenges faced by local business leaders and entrepreneurs from the region and their innovative efforts to transcend these challenges.
Asian Confluence invites business owners, entrepreneurs, students of business management, leaders of non governmental organizations (devoted to value chain and livelihood creation) to participate in a one day seminar to network, seek information, discuss synergies, seek expertise and develop foundational relationships. The all-day seminar will be held on 18 May, 2015 at Sri Aurobindo Institute of Indian Culture, Shillong from 10:00 am to 5 pm.
