Meet Nripanka Das, “youngest” Assamese to receive an honorary Doctorate Degree

GUWAHATI | Dec 23, 2019:

Adding yet another feather to his cap, 28-yr-old Nripanka Das (b 07-06-1991) of Guwahati, Assam received an honorary doctorate degree in "Research and Innovative-Sustainable Development" from United States of America, arguably becoming the youngest Assamese to receive the honour.

In its Facebook Page, the Assam Book of Records (ABR) has extended its congratulations to Das and while appreciating this great title, has conferred this State Record Certificate upon him.

A LITTLE ABOUT NRIPANKA DAS

Mr. Nripanka is a World Record Holder (Champions Book Of World Records, OMG Book Of Records, Assam Book Of Records, Infinity Book Of Records, Supreme Book Of World Records, Credence Book Of World Records, Victorious World Records, Gems World Records).

He has many other awards to his credit like the National Youth Icon Award, India Shinning Star Award, International Award For Young Engineer, Extra-Ordinary Talent Awardee – Geniuses World Records, Super Achiever Award – Asian Talent Promotion Forum, Global Excellence Awards, Supreme Indian Award, Swami Vivekanand National Youth Award And India's Most Sparkling Star Award besides others. He is also nominated for the Karamveer Chakra Award.

Being an academician and researcher, he is dynamically involved in contributing towards sustainable development goals targeting clean water and sanitation, affordable and clean energy, climate action and good health and well-being. He has been testing diverse waste fuels (biomass fuels) and currently implementing clean energy projects at New Delhi, India.
