Miscreants hurl grenade at Raj Bhavan's main gate in Manipur

IMPHAL:

Miscreants lobbed a hand grenade at the main gate of the Raj Bhavan in Imphal, Manipur on Tuesday afternoon.

Sources confirmed that the bomb was hurled at around 4.30 pm but no damage was done as the grenade failed to detonate.

Confirmed sources informed that the Raj Bhavan has been placed under tight security.

"Investigation into the matter is on," the source said.
