Manipur: Four arrested in Chandel for circulating pamphlets inciting communal hatred

IMPHAL:

Manipur Police in a release said that Kankhu Phetha Volunteers (KPV) a newly formed unlawful organisation in Chandel circulated a pamphlet which is as notice cum warning.

During the investigation, two accused persons identified as Langhu Monahring Anal Alias David and Rt Kothingwar were arrested on December 12.

From their revelation, LH Wolring and SP Kolome Anal were also arrested on December 15.

Sources have said that the investigation is in progress.
