Haflong Live to live stream in aid of Music Support
NORTHEAST | AUGUST 8, 2020:
To discuss the hardships faced by musicians and to tackle the problems during the COVID pandemic, a live session today at 5:30 pm, featuring Matt Greiner, Drummer of August Burns Red, and Phule Maibangsa (Crusty Mist) Retromist, Assam.
Ronit Dey, who hails from Haflong runs a social media campaign highlighting current issues in his Facebook page called "Haflong Live" recently started live musical sessions and interactions with people on various topics.
"The theme is based on Matt Greiner's journey as a musician, the troubles faced by musicians in the current scene, and the probable approach required to deal with it.
"Matt and I discussed on Instagram; I requested him if he would be interested in an interactive session on Haflong Live's FB page. He agreed, then I requested Phulee to be the moderator for the session, and she got on board too," said Ronit.
The session will be live-streamed on the Haflong Live Facebook Page.
