Former Miss Nagaland crowned Miss Queen of India

Northeast India and the pool of talents are abundant, they are all coming to the limelight cementing the foundation for the Gennext.

Miss Nagaland 2014 Veneinem Singsong was crowned Miss Queen of India East 2016 at a beauty pageant in Cochin.

A student of St. Joseph's College, Kohima, Veneinem won the Miss North East 2016 at Imphal, Manipur and later represented North East at the Queen of India Pageant organised by Pagesus at Cochin, India.

As the State Election Icon and Ambassador of Making Manipur,  Veneinem also won the Miss Viewers' Choice and Miss Beautiful Hair Sub titles.

A throng of crowd gathered at Churachandpur Stadium, Manipur to felicitate Veneinem for her success and after upon which she was given a warm welcome at Dimapur Airport.

Veneinem attributed her success to her parents and the Almighty God. She appreciated the support received from relatives, friends, well wishers, religious leaders, mentors specially Kuki Beauty Society, EGON and BASN.
