  1. Armstrong Pame: Fondly referred to as the 'Miracle Man' of Manipur, this young Naga IAS officer became one of the North East's favourite officers when he raised Rs 40 lakh through his Facebook page to build a 100km road, famously known as the "Peoples' Road," connecting Manipur to Nagaland and Assam without government assistance. 
  1. Virendra Mittal: His dedication to uplift the downtrodden and work towards betterment of the people particular in the sanitation sector, has earned this active Deputy Commissioner of Jorhat, Assam all the love and respect of the citizens of that area. Known for spearheading a momentous initiative of Daan Toilet, Mittal has managed to mobilise the common people to understand the importance of a toilet. Within a short span of five months this year, he managed to raise Rs 30 lakh donation enabling the construction of a total of 250 toilets for the poor people who were left out from the baseline survey of Swaatch Bharat Mission.
  1. Raj Kumar Yadav: This young, vibrant and a dynamic IAS officer is currently a prominent face in the state of Sikkim. The District Collector (DC) at Namchi, South District, Yadav has initiated many exemplary and successful initiatives under South District Administration. He has been gaining prominence for the people friendly approach by involving all officials and the general public directly in the affairs of the district administration.

Arunkumar Kembhavi: Referred to as the 'People's DC', this vibrant IAS officer who is currently posted in Meghalaya as the Deputy Commissioner of West Khasi Hills district gained prominence for his out-of-the-box ideas and initiatives to change the perception of development. Loved by all for his ever-ready approach to connect with the locals, Kembhavi is known for encouraging and mobilizing the citizens to journey into a more productive and supportive venture like the 'Wall of Kindness' initiative in West Khasi Hills, which is the first of its kind in Northeast India.
  1. Kannan Gopinathan: Another young and vibrant IAS officer who contributed to the welfare of Northeast is Kannan Gopinathan, the former District Collector of Aizawl, Mizoram. Gopinathan who served in the capital city of Mizoram for three years is known for his many constructive programmes like the 'Save Chite Lui project', 'disaster management app' and many more. Kannan is currently posted as the Collector (Deputy Commissioner) Silvassa in Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
