Today is Modi's fourth poll rally in Assam in 2021. He will be addressing another poll rally in Chabua near Dibrugarh in Upper Assam on March 20. 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrives at Bhattgram in Karimganj. This is the first visit of PM Modi to Assam since election dates were announced.
