Northeast’s first cow hospital inaugurated in Assam

A cow hospital was set up in Assam’s Dibrugarh on the occasion of Gopashtami on November 22.
The Surbhi Aarogyashala is the Northeast’s first-ever cow hospital and was set up by Shree Gopal Gaushala for Rs 17 lakhs.
Gopasthami is a festival dedicated to Lord Krishna and cows.
Meanwhile, the president of the Shree Gopal Gaushal, Nirmal Bediya, stated that the hospital would provide services in a 30-kilometre radius.
