Former Assam CM admitted to the hospital; condition stable

GUWAHATI:

The 68-year old former Assam Chief Minister, Prafulla Kumar Mahanta, who was admitted to a private hospital on Friday following chest pain, has been moved out from the intensive care unit.

Mahanta was earlier admitted to the same hospital in September last year following high blood pressure issues but was released later after his condition improved. (PTI)
