Assam | Prasanta Patowary & Bithika Borah are Mr. & Miss Faccia of North East 2018

Mr. & Miss Faccia of North East 2018 was recently held with the objective to bring the youths from Northeastern States of India in one platform for showcasing their talents across the region.The grand finale was held in ITA Machkhowa on 29th of July 2018. A total 35 participants from different parts of Northeast took part in the show.

The winners of the event were:

Miss Faccia of North-East India 2018- Bithika Borah
Mr. Faccia of North-East India 2018- Prasanta Patowary
1st Runner up (Female)- Ayushi Jha
1st Runner up (Male)- Jayanta Sharma
2nd Runner up (Female)- Glorisa Nangpluh
2nd Runner up (Male)- Sayed Mintul

The chief guest for the event was Swati Bidhan Baruah, founder cum chairperson of All Assam Transgender Association, the first transgender member judge of Lokadalat in Assam, Member of committee against torture/Geneva, Switzerland

The judges of the event included Deepak Kr. Roy, director & actor, Anupam Bardoloi, chairman of coverage academy. Amrita Dutta , Mrs West Asia universe 2k17 , Mrs universe fabulous 2k17, Ms Magestic Queen of Asia 2k17, Mrs India home maker's runner's up and Ms. Devika Priyam, Groomer, Prasant Tiwari, Groomer.

The designers were Bobby Patgiri, Moumi Uzir, Debojit Das and Bhargab Deka

A performance by Aashna Gogoi, winner of India's No1 Dramebaaz mesmerised the audience at the event.
