Assam: KAAC CEM Tuliram Ronghang’s six-pack pic goes viral on social media

DIPHU, May 7:

It is very rare to find an elected public representative with six-pack abs; Yes, there are but a few in number.

A picture of the Chief Executive Member (CEM) of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council, Tuliram Ronghang, showing off his abs, has gone viral on social media.

In the picture, CEM's Ronghang was seen posing at his own private gym in his residence at Rongthe-ang, Diphu, next to his wife, wearing a transparent wet white T-shirt that exposes his perfectly shaped abs.

No sooner had his picture been uploaded on his official Facebook page on May 4, netizens went "crazy" and left numerous comments, likes and shares.

Along with the picture, CEM Ronghang put up a status which reads, "Staying fit is key to fighting any diseases or infection. Not only during this Covid 19 Lockdown, I encourage everyone to engage in physical activity daily as a habit."

Praises and congratulations poured in as netizens commended the politician for maintaining his physical fitness.

One Karbi youth Varlongki Dera commented, "Now this something very impressive. I have never seen six-pack politician in India. The one and only is Hon'ble CEM Sir".

It was learnt that the CEM follows a strict routine: he wakes up at 4.30 am, exercise starts from 5AM to 8 AM, followed with breakfast and public meets time till 10AM; and every evening from 5-8 PM, he plays badminton with his spouse.

He also has a small gymnasium building in Guwahati with his own room attached to the gym.
