Renowned fashion designer from Assam Sanjukta Dutta has given the region yet another reason to be proud of as she has brought yet another Bollywood actress into the periphery of her unique Mekhela Chador designs- and this time, it is none other than the gorgeous Dia Mirza.
The actress looked stunning in Sanjukta Dutta's unique design which she wore at the ongoing Lakme Fashion Week. The actress also shared a picture of hers wearing the same on Twitter that gathered enought attention and appreciation from Twitteratis-

Sanjukta is known for her fashionable and exquisite range of completely customized and hand-crafted Assamese Mekhla Chador, with different varieties of coloured silk threads.She started her brand in 2012 and it has been steadily gaining popularity.She also designed a special Muga Angavastram for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Will and Kate when they recently visited Assam. Sanjukta hopes to highlight the textiles and handlooms of Assam and give recognition to the immense wealth the state has to offer in terms of textiles.
