Arunachal's Kibo Erang Kebang felicitates meritorious students

ITANAGAR: The Kibo Erang Kebang (KEK) on Sunday, organised an award ceremony for the meritorious students who qualified in the Prelims of Arunachal Pradesh Public Civil Service Examination and toppers of Class X and XII at conference hall Siang, Arunachal Pradesh.

"Altogether, 11 students who qualified in the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) Prelims and three class X and four class XII toppers among the KEK society were felicitated, with cash prizes, certificates and mementoes," informed Er. Oki Dai, Chairman of the Annual Excellence Award 2020 of KEK.

The Kibo Erang Kebang (KEK), is a society formed by the descendants of five brothers namely, Dai, Darin, Yomso, Regon and Taduk of the Adi tribe.

Speaking on the occasion, the elders of the society showered their blessings on the students and toppers and motivated them to make the KEK proud in particular and the entire Adis and Arunachal Pradesh in general.

The programme was also attended by Dr Kaling Dai, DMO, East Siang District, Oti Dai, ADC (Retired), Leleen Regon, Asst. Director (Economic and Statistic), Okom Yomso, Superintendent of Police (Retired), Kaling Dai former ZPC (East Siang) and other members of the KEK society.
