Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee launches social media campaign to counter BJP
The campaign is an initiative of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) that was launched on February 8, and will be run under the tagline 'Join Congress Social Media'.
ITANAGAR: The Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC), launched its social media campaign at Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan, Itanagar on February 12.
The campaign is an initiative of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) that was launched on February 8, and will be run under the tagline 'Join Congress Social Media', Arunachal Times reported.
The campaign will create an awareness among the common people against the government's propaganda through various social media platforms, party leaders said.
“The people will also be made aware of the anti-people policies of the government. The goal of this campaign is to create at least five lakh, social media warriors,” they said.
The launching ceremony was also attended by AICC in-charge of Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya, Manish Chatrath, AICC social media department in-charge of North-East, Pranav Vachharajani, APCC chief Nabam Tuki, former APCC president Takam Sanjoy, and other party leaders.
