Arunachal Pradesh CM meets PM Modi, N Sitharaman in Delhi

ITANAGAR: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu met Prime Minister Modi in Delhi, to address various key issues concerning the state.

Khandu submitted a memorandum regarding various developmental projects such as power supply, road projects and other infrastructural undertakings for Arunachal Pradesh.

Khandu also presented on how to go about achieving 'Aatma Nirbharta' by strengthening its key areas such as tourism, agriculture, and hydro projects.

In another meeting, Khandu also met the Union Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman, together with Union Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs Kiren Rijiju, and Member of Parliament Arunachal East, Tapir Gao.

They submitted a memorandum on various developmental projects that require the centre's intervention.

"Called on Finance Minister Smt @nsitharaman ji along with Sh @KirenRijiju, Sh @TapirGao and presented a memorandum on the development priorities of the state.

Heartfelt gratitude for the continued support of PM Shri @narendramodiji for development of Arunachal and #NorthEast," tweeted Khandu after the meeting.
